Having been in the fitness industry for over 20 years, I've been able to try out a lot of workouts, diets and equipment. Here's what I know for sure.

YOU ONLY GET ONE BODY!
Yep, just one body is all you get. It's up to you to find out how to make the most of this one body and you must find what works for you in order to get the most out of yours. There are no short cuts, you must do the work. At the end of the day, no one else can do it for you but I can show you the way.

WEIGHT LOSS
I will tell you the truth. Weight loss is not easy and losing weight won't fix all your problems and make your life perfect. People can lose weight in many different ways, but what I've found is the best way to lose weight and keep it off is by finding what makes moving your body fun for you and then learning how to fuel your body to keep having fun. Taking care of yourself is the only way you will ever shed pounds and keep them off.
